OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES("Champions of Change Contest")

SPONSOR: This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Freedom Ledger Financial, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "Toto"), [insert full address].

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Contest, each entrant ("Entrant") fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on September 24, 2024, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on October 24, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the "Contest Period"). All Focus entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 15th, 2024.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Entrants must create a Focus on the Toto platform by completing all required fields in the provided form at provided form during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.PRIZES: Five (5) winners will each receive fifty (50) free letters to be submitted by delegates chosen by the winner using Toto's technology. Each letter will be sent by mail to the selected government representative using the address on file. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $250.00 USD (plus applicable taxes). Total ARV of all prizes: $1,250.00 USD (plus applicable taxes).

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At least ten (10) Finalists will be selected by the Sponsor based on criteria determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Five (5) winners will be selected from among the Finalists based on the number of UpVotes received. The potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their contest submission within forty-eight (48) hours of selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: Each potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") within a specified time period, or an alternate winner may be selected.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS: By entering this Contest, each Entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the Entrant's entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Contest Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entrant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Contest, acceptance or use or misuse of a prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [insert province/territory]; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of each marketed region (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island within Canada and California within the United States of America) without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

WINNER LIST: For a copy of these Official Rules or a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 47 Lockheed Crescent, Debert, NS B0M 1G0. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Contest Period.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW
